Sudamala Resort, Seraya, Flores, Labuan Bajo

I had an incredible time at the resort, where the location was simply magnificent, right by the beach and surrounded by stunning nature. The bungalow where I stayed was beautifully designed, offering a lovely view and comfortable surroundings. However, I was quite disappointed with the dining options, which fell short of expectations. While the staff was attentive and the service was commendable, the food quality was inconsistent, and the Wi-Fi could use improvement.

While the location was perfect for relaxing and snorkeling, the dining experience could be improved with more variety and attention to detail. The Sudamala Resort on Seraya Island is a beautiful spot for snorkeling and relaxation with stunning views and great service. The staff is genuinely friendly, and the facilities like the diving center and massage services add to the experience. However, the organization of transportation could use improvement, and some aspects of the rooms felt dated and not clean enough for the price paid.

Staying at this resort was a mixed experience. On the plus side, the house reef for snorkelling was stunning and the view was beautiful during sunset. However, the housekeeping and service left much to be desired, as I encountered dirty towels and poor room maintenance. While the location is great for relaxation, the overall management should pay closer attention to details given the price point.
